| 摘 要： | 本文在劳动力选择性转移的大背景下,构建了一个农户兼业生产的新技术采用模型,不但考察了兼业生产农户对新旧技术收益的比较、新旧技术和从事非农生产的比较,而且考察了采用新技术后新技术投入物在劳动力不流动和劳动力流动下的使用量大小以及由此导致的最终产出的比较。结论表明,与劳动力不能流动的情况相比,当农业工资率与非农工资率差距比较大时,劳动力流动下的兼业生产行为提高了新技术采用的收益标准,抑制了新技术采用量,从而导致农业产出总量减少。
