Application of Content Analysis in Enterprise Management Research

Through reviewing and summarizing the definition and classification of content analysis this paper expounds the present situation of content analysis used in the research of enterprise management, and introduces the specific example of using content analysis method to study the management problem of the enterprise management and staff management. Besides, this paper clarifies the advantage and deficiency of content analysis used in enterprise management. At last, we make a preliminary discussion on the application perspective as weft as the measures that should be adopted in the future research.
