摘    要:教学设计是依据对学习需求的分析,提出解决问题的最佳方案,使教学效果达到优化的系统决策过程。高职财务管理课程的教学要以能力为本位,进行"以学生为中心"的教学设计,因此在教学设计过程中要转变观念,做到理论与实践相结合,并采用灵活多样的教学方法。

Abstract:According to the analysis of the students' needs, the teaching design is used as a systematic decision procedure to give the best solution to the question and then improve the teaching efficiency. In higher vocational college the teaching activities should be focused on students and the purpose of teaching is to cultivate students' ability. So it is a must to change the teaching concept, apply the theory to practice and employ flexible teaching methods in the teaching procedure.
