长三角地区村级经济发展的新阶段、新环境与新定位分析

在我国社会主义新农村建设中,发展村级经济是深化农村综合改革.推进农村产业化、规模化经营的客观要求,也是整合农村资源、协调城乡发展、缩小城乡差距、实现共同富裕的重要途径.文章指出了长三角地区在经过"十五"期间的快速发展之后,村级经济发展正进入新的阶段,其发展的环境和形势都不同程度地发生了改变,这些变化促使我们必须重新思考该地区村级经济的战略定位.
