基于多层次模糊综合评价的铁路车站安全运营管理分析

为提升铁路车站安全运营管理水平,评估影响车站安全运营管理相关因素的安全程度,针对当前铁路车站运营安全管理现状,从影响车站安全运营管理的因素入手,构建铁路车站安全运营管理指标评价体系,选取一定数量范畴的、有专业代表性的、现场管理经验丰富的专家组成安全评价小组,通过专家打分,构建基于多层次模糊综合评价的铁路车站安全运营管理评价模型,并以中原地区某车站为例进行车站安全运营管理的综合评价分析。实例表明,车站工作人员的身心状况和车站内部综合环境指数是影响车站安全运营的重要安全隐患。

An Analysis on the Safe Operation Management Evaluation of the Railway Station based on the Multi-Level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

An evaluation index system of safety operation management of railway station is constructed in this paper,which aims at the current situation of safety management of railway station operation and starts with the factors affecting the safe operation management of railway station to improve the level of safety operation management of railway station and evaluate the safety level of relevant factors affecting the safety operation management of railway station.Selecting a certain number of professional representative experts with rich experience in site management to form a safety evaluation group,through expert scoring,the evaluation model of railway station safety operation management based on multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is built,and a station in the central part of China is taken as an example for the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of station safety operation management.The results show that the physical and mental condition of the station staff and the comprehensive environmental index inside the station are the two potential safety risks which affect the safety operation of the station.
