兴泉铁路引入兴国地区方案研究

兴泉铁路作为海西经济区至中南、华中及西南地区铁路通道的重要组成部分,对促进现代海上丝绸之路建设、闽赣原中央苏区经济发展具有重要作用。根据兴国地区既有铁路概况,结合兴国地区客货运预测数据,提出兴泉铁路通过京九线引入兴国地区的3种接轨方案,即兴国站接轨方案、高兴镇站接轨方案和营盘上站接轨方案,并给出相应车站改扩建方案,通过从线路长度、主要工程数量及总投资、客货运流向及运营便捷方面等方面进行综合比选,推荐采用兴国站接轨方案,为兴泉铁路引入兴国地区方案提供借鉴。

A Study on Plans of Connecting Xingguo-Quanzhou Railway Line with Xingguo Region

As an important part of the railway corridors from the East Taiwan Strait Economic Zone to the Central South, Central and Southwest China, Xingguo-Quanzhou Railway plays an important role in promoting the construction of the modern Maritime Silk Road and the economic development of the Former Central Soviet Areain Fujian and Jiangxi Provinces. According to the general situation of existing railways in Xingguo region,combining with passenger and freight forecast data, this paper puts forward three schemes for Xingguo-Quanzhou Railway connecting into Xingguo area through Beijing-Kowloon Railway, namely, the Xingguo station junction plan, Gaoxingzhenstation junction plan and Yinpanshang junction plan. Then, the paper gives the corresponding station reconstruction and expansion plan, through the comprehensive comparison and selection from the line length, the number of main projects and total investment, passenger and freight flow and convenient operation, and recommends the Xingguo station connection scheme, which provides reference for the introduction of Xingguo regional scheme of Xingguo-Quanzhou Railway.
