| 摘 要： | 为提高天津港集装箱物流服务水平,提升港口竞争力,概述天津港集装箱物流服务现状,针对天津港在集装箱物流服务方面存在的问题,构建集装箱物流服务评价指标体系,将AHP法与DEA法相结合,建立基于AHP-DEA法的港口集装箱物流服务评价模型。以天津港为例,运用AHP-DEA法,综合评价天津港6个码头集装箱物流服务水平。结果表明,天津港欧亚国际集装箱码头物流服务水平最高,东方海陆码头物流服务水平最低。根据评价结果,对天津港集装箱物流服务发展提出建议,以推进天津港集装箱物流服务的持续发展。

| Abstract: | To improve the container logistics service and the competitiveness of Tianjin Port,the evaluation index system of container logistics service is established based on the current status,aiming at the problems existing in container logistics service of Tianjin Port.The AHP method is combined with the DEA method to build the evaluation model of container logistics service in Tianjin Port based on AHP-DEA method.Taking Tianjin Port as an example,the AHP-DEA method is used to evaluate the container logistics service of the six terminals in Tianjin Port.The results show that the logistics service level of Euroasia International Container Terminal in Tianjin Port is the highest,and that of Orient Container Terminal is the lowest.Based on the evaluation results,suggestions are put forward for the development of container logistics service in Tianjin Port and the purpose of its sustainable development of container logistics service. |
