铁路车站接发列车实训系统设计与实现

A Design and Application of the Professional Training System for Train Receiving and Departure in the Railway Station

The development of professional training system for train receiving and departure,which can provide accurate simulation,reliable interface and reasonable evaluation,helps improve the professional skills of railway station staff.The function modules and the logical architecture of the system are designed according to the actual working flow of train receiving and departure in railway station,and the system is developed based on the key technologies such as fault injection,coordinated simulation,multi-mode integration and comprehensive evaluation.The operator’s working flow is evaluated quantitively with a comprehensive test and evaluation algorithm according to the technical requirements of each post and the technical specifications.The test and trial training of the system in Chinese Railway Jinan Group Co.,Ltd,shows that the test scores distributed in a non-classic way,where the average score increases and the variance decreases,and this proves the validity of the professional training system.
