摘    要:随着我国高速铁路的快速发展,高速铁路对沿线城市的经济与社会发展产生了巨大影响。为研究高速铁路对经济社会发展的影响程度,从经济和社会发展影响方面设计评价指标体系,运用频次分析法选取评价指标并经过聚类分析与专家打分法对指标进行筛选,确定评价指标体系,以京沪高速铁路沿线城市为例,选用云模型分析京沪高速铁路对沿线城市的经济社会影响程度。研究表明,高速铁路的开通对沿线旅游型中等城市的促进效果显著,其次是服务型大城市,工业型小城市受到的影响两极分化严重。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway, the high-speed railway has had a tremendous impact on the economic and social development of the cities along the line. To study the impact degree of high-speed railway on economic and social development, an evaluation index system is designed from the aspects of economic development and social development impact. The evaluation index is selected by frequency analysis method, and the index system is selected through cluster analysis and expert scoring method to determine the evaluation index system. Taking the cities along the high-speed railway from Beijing to Shanghai as an example, the influence of high-speed railway on the economic and social impact of the cities along the high- speed railway is analyzed by using cloud model. The study shows that the opening of high-speed railways has a significant effect on the promotion of tourism oriented medium-sized cities, followed by service-oriented metropolis, and the impact of industrial small cities is highly polarized.
