铁路入川通道运输组织优化研究

铁路货运量持续增长,全路待发入川车流持续高位运行,分界口能力紧张的问题尤为突出。在阐述铁路入川通道运输组织概况的基础上,针对广元南站北端咽喉进路交叉多、技术站作业超能力、车流结构与机车机班不匹配、车流去向和卸车点集中形成积压堵塞等问题,提出调整广元西口机车机班担当方案、优化编组计划方案、强化站场设备扩能改造、探索新的乘务方式、调整分界口车流结构等优化铁路入川通道运输组织的对策,为实现入川通道车流的大出大入、提高路网整体效率和效益提供参考。

A Research on the Optimization of Transportation Organization of Railway Corridor Access to Sichuan

With the continuous growth of railway freight volume and the continuous high-level operation of the traffic flow waiting for departure from Sichuan, the problem of the shortage of capacity at the demarcation point is particularly prominent. On the basis of describing the general situation of railway transportation organization in the passageway into Sichuan, aiming at the problems of the crossing of throat route at the north end of Guangyuan South Railway Station, the super-capacity of technical station operation, the mismatch of train flow structure with locomotive and shift, the backlog and blockage caused by the concentration of train flow direction and unloading point, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the transportation organization of railway passageway into Sichuan, such as adjusting locomotive shift plan of Guangyuan west entrance, optimizing the marshalling plan, strengthening the capacity expansion and transformation of station and yard equipment, exploring new passenger service modes and adjusting the traffic flow structure at the demarcation point, etc., which can provide reference for the realization of large outflow and inflow of traffic flow into Sichuan and the improvement of the overall efficiency and benefit of the road network.
