大湄公河次区域跨境物流供应链构建研究

随着大湄公河次区域各成员国间贸易的不断增强,跨境物流活动日益增多。为了适应大湄公河次区域日益增长的跨境物流需求,推动大湄公河次区域经济一体化发展,在概述大湄公河次区域对外贸易及跨境物流供应链发展现状的基础上,针对目前在基础设施、运作模式、信息化管理等方面存在的问题,分别就物流节点的选取、跨境物流的运作模式、信息化管理与增值服务进行研究,提出构建大湄公河次区域跨境物流供应链的实现途径。大湄公河次区域跨境物流供应链的建设,对提升跨境物流效率、促进区域经济发展、提高大湄公河次区域国际形象具有重要意义。

A Study on the Construction of Cross-Border Logistics Supply Chain in Greater Mekong Sub-Region

With the increasing trade among member countries of Greater Mekong sub-region, cross-border logistics activities are increasing. To meet the increasing demand of cross-border logistics in Greater Mekong sub-region and promote the development of regional economic integration in the Greater Mekong sub-region, this paper, based on an overview of the current situation of the foreign trade and the development of the cross-border logistics supply chain in Greater Mekong sub-region, studies the selection of logistics nodes, the operation mode of cross-border logistics, information management and value-added services respectively, in view of the existing problems in infrastructure, operation mode and information management, and then puts forward the way to build cross-border logistics supply chain in Greater Mekong subregion. The construction of cross-border logistics supply chain in Greater Mekong sub-region is of great significance to enhance the efficiency of cross-border logistics, promote regional economic development and enhance the international image of Greater Mekong sub-region.
