摘    要:“高速铁路+共享汽车”作为铁路运输落实“双网融合”战略的典型创新项目,得到社会的普遍认可。随着“高速铁路+共享汽车”模式的不断发展,旅客大数据的“信息孤岛”问题致使该模式存在交通事故界定难、盈利模式不清晰等现象。通过阐述“高速铁路+共享汽车”数据流通现状,针对旅客数据流通存在的问题,提出将区块链技术引入到“高速铁路+共享汽车”模式中,解决旅客个人信息数据防丢失、防篡改等痛点,以保障流通数据的安全性及完整性,提升数据流通效果,从而将其合理融入到全路乃至社会的运输生产过程之中。

Abstract:As a typical innovative project of implementing the strategy of “double-network integration” in railway transportation,“high-speed railway & shared car” has been generally recognized by the society. With the continuous development of “high-speed railway + shared car”, the “information island” problem of large passenger data makes it difficult to define traffic accidents and unclear profit model. By explaining the current situation of data circulation of “high-speed railway & shared car”, aiming at the existing problems of passenger data circulation, this paper proposes to introduce block chain technology into the mode of “high-speed railway & shared car”, solves the problems including loss prevention and tampering prevention of passengers’ personal information data, ensures the security and integrity of the circulation data, and enhances the effect of data circulation;thus the “high-speed railway & shared car” model based on block chain can be integrated into the transportation and production of the whole rail system and even the society.
