摘    要:为研究城市不同交通运输方式的运输能力对城市群全要素生产率的空间溢出效应,利用2000—2017年我国270个地级市的面板数据,在基于柯布-道格拉斯生产函数计算各个城市全要素生产率的基础上,建立引入交通运输能力变量的空间杜宾模型,研究铁路、公路和航空3种运输方式对城市群全要素生产率的影响结果,并依据空间相关系数大小变化判断每种运输方式的影响范围。结果表明:铁路和公路运输能力对城市群的生产效率产生正向影响,航空客运产生负面影响。航空的影响范围最大,铁路其次,公路最小。综合3种运输方式,大力发展铁路建设将有助于我国城市整体生产效率的提高,同时保障足够的影响范围。

Abstract:To study the spatial spillover effect of urban transport capacity in different modes of transportation on the total factor productivity of urban agglomeration, based on the panel data of 270 prefecture-level cities in China from 2000 to 2017 as well as the first calculation of total factor productivity of each city based on Cobb-Douglas production function, a spatial Durbin model with the variable of transportation capacity is established to study the impact results of railway, highway and air transportation on total factor productivity of urban agglomeration, the influence range of each transportation mode is judged according to the change of the spatial correlation coefficient. The result shows that the transport capacity of railway and road has a positive impact on the production efficiency to the urban agglomeration, while the airline transportation has a negative impact. By synthesizing the three modes of transportation, it is concluded that the airline transport has the greatest influence range followed by railways and the roads minimized. The development of railway construction in the future will contribute to the improvement of the overall production efficiency of Chinese cities, while ensuring adequate influence range.
