区域多式联运协同服务信息平台架构建设研究

区域多式联运信息化是推动多式联运高效发展的重要因素。为实现高效的区域联运作业及物流信息的互联互通,加强多式联运节点企业的合作,通过阐述国内外区域多式联运协同服务信息平台概况,分析各节点企业多式联运作业中存在的信息化问题,提出区域多式联运协同服务信息平台的建设目标、基本功能,并在此基础上,搭建以全程“一次委托”、运单“一单到底”、结算“一次收取”为服务目标的区域多式联运协同服务信息平台架构,其建设将有助于提升物流信息资源共享及交换,推动实现多式联运“货运一单制、信息一网通”。

A Study on the Regional Multi-modal Transport Collaborative Service Information Platform Planning

Informatization of regional multi-modal transport is an important factor to promote the ef ficient development of multi-modal transport. To achieve efficient operations and interconnection of logistics information and strengthen the cooperation of the multimodal transport node enterprises, this paper expounds the general situation of regional multi-modal cooperative service information platform at home and abroad, analyzes the existing informatization problems in the multi-modal operation of each node enterprise, and puts forward the construction objectives and basic functions of regional multi-modal cooperative service information platform. On this basis, a regional multi-modal transport collaborative service information platform structure with the whole process of “one commission”, the waybill of “one to end” and settlement of “one-time freight collection” as the service objectives will be built, which will help enhance the sharing and exchange of logistics information resources and promote the realization of “one bill for freight” and “one network for information” in multi-modal transport.
