提高漳泉线运输能力对策探讨

漳泉线地处闽西南地区,地方经济发展对铁路运输依赖性较大。近年来,漳泉线运量快速增长,运输需求旺盛,运输能力无法满足需求。在阐述漳泉线技术设备落后、湖头站能力有待提高及运输组织水平有待提升等现状的基础上,提出湖头站技术改造、大深站电气集中联锁改造、运输组织优化等提高漳泉线运输能力的对策,可以有效提高重点作业站接发列车与装卸车能力,缓解漳泉线运输能力紧张局面,为既有线提高运输能力提供参考。

A Tentative Study on Improving the Transport Capacity of Zhangping-Quanzhou Line

Zhangping-Quanzhou Line is located in southwestern Fujian, where regional economic development depends much on the railway transport. In recent years, the traffic volume on this line surges and the traffic demand keeps high, so that the capacity is insufficient. This paper firstly analyzes the current challenges of this line, such as outdated facilities, lack of capacity at Hutou Station and poor transportation organization. On this basis, this paper proposes such solutions as renovating Hutou Station, electric interlocking upgrading of Dashen Station and optimizing the transportation organization to improve the traffic capacity of this line. The implementation of these measures will help improve the train operating and loading capacity at major stations, ease the tension of the traffic capacity and provide references for other existing lines to improve traffic capacity.
