高速铁路旅客信息系统构建研究

摘    要:随着高速铁路网的不断完善,高速铁路运营模式向公交化、便捷化的方向发展。为给旅客提供多样化的运输服务,改善旅客运输的服务质量,设计一个系统互联、信息实时共享、数据及时准确的高速铁路旅客信息系统已经迫在眉睫。对高速铁路旅客信息系统现状进行分析,针对目前系统存在的问题,提出一种高速铁路旅客信息系统技术方案,并构建了高速铁路旅客信息系统的总体架构。依据系统功能特点,将高速铁路旅客信息系统分为调度中心子系统、车站子系统和宣传信息子系统,最后对其核心功能设计进行分析,建立互联互通、信息实时共享、数据及时准确的高速铁路旅客信息系统,不断提升我国高速铁路旅客服务质量。

Abstract:With the continuous improvement of high-speed railway network,the high-speed railway operation mode is developing towards public transport and convenience.To provide diversified transport services to passengers and improve the quality of passenger transport services,it is urgent to design a railway passenger information system with system interconnection,real-time information sharing and accurate data display.By analyzing the current situation of high-speed railway passenger information system,this paper points out the existing problems of high-speed railway passenger information system,puts forward a technical plan of passenger information system for high-speed railway and constructs an overall structure of railway passenger information system.According to the system function characteristics,the passenger information system of high-speed railway is divided into dispatching center subsystem,station subsystem and propaganda information subsystem.Finally,the core function design is analyzed,and the highspeed railway passenger information system with interconnection,real-time information sharing and timely and accurate data is established to continuously improve the quality of passenger service in China’s high-speed railway.
