高速铁路列车运行计划自动调整系统研究

摘    要:为进一步提升行车控制自动化水平,针对高速铁路调度指挥系统可扩展性较差、应急处置能力不足、人工调整运行线间冲突低质低效等问题,在智能铁路框架下,设计包含应用层、业务层和数据层3层架构的列车运行计划自动调整系统,分析自动调整子系统整理调整场景及策略映射关系,在标准化数据驱动下,以启发式算法自动实时输出目标最优的无冲突计划。仿真实验及京沈客运专线现场联调联试试验表明,合理设计的系统结构计算效能突出,在减轻调度员劳动强度的基础上,可以提高突发事件应急处置能力和调度智能化水平,同时兼顾运输服务质量和铁路企业收益。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of current high-speed railway dispatching system with poor maintenance and scalability,inadequate emergency handling capacity,low quality and inefficiency of manual adjustment for train operation line conflict,an automatic adjustment system for train operation plan,including application layer and business layer and data layer,is designed under the framework of intelligent railway to further improve the traffic control automation.As the logic core,the automatic adjustment subsystem classifies the mapping relationship between adjustment scenarios and policies,outputs the conflict-free plan automatically and real-time with heuristic algorithm to maximize the objective.The simulation experiment and the on-site integration test of Beijing-Shenyang passenger dedicated line show that,the rational design of the system structure has a prominent computing efficiency.Despite alleviating dispatcher’s labor intensity,it upgrades the emergency handling ability and the dispatching intelligent level,and realizes the balance between the quality of transport service and the benefits of railway enterprises.
