兰西地区同城化构建与发展分析

摘    要:在趋于集约高效、统筹发展的主流发展模式下,城市群同城化发展逐渐成为地域建设的核心思维。为有效推进兰州与西宁地区的新型城镇化建设,实现同城化发展模式和区域经济一体化,在分析兰西地区同城化发展的区位交通条件、社会人文及自然资源条件基础上,以体现空间相互作用理论的引力模型对兰州与西宁的"双核"构造进行可行性分析,并运用层次分析法对兰西地区内部各城市的核心发展要素进行综合比选,备选出节点城市用以构造兰西地区同城化模型,最后对兰西地区同城化发展势进行分析。结果表明,以兰州、西宁为双核,天水、张掖等城市为节点的同城化模型具备科学的同城化发展前景。

Abstract:The mainstream development model focuses on intensive,efficient and overall development,where the development of urban agglomeration in the same city has gradually become the core thought of regional construction.To effectively promote the construction of new urbanization in Lanzhou and Xining areas and realize the development model of urban integration and regional economic integration,this paper analyzes the location,traffic conditions,social,human and natural resources conditions of urban development in Lanzhou-Xining area and the feasibility of the“dual-core”structure between Lanzhou and Xining through the gravity model embodying the theory of spatial interaction.After comparisons and selections of the key development factors of the cities in Lanzhou-Xining area by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the node cities are selected to construct the model of Lanzhou-Xining area’s urban integration.At last,we analyze the development trend of Lanzhou-Xining area’s urban integration.The results show that the model with Lanzhou and Xining as the dual core as well as Tianshui and Zhangye as the nodes has a scientific prospect on urban development.
