城市轨道交通调度员安全作业行为可靠度研究

摘    要:通过对调度员作业行为可靠度的研究,可以在一定程度上保障城市轨道交通运行的安全。基于城市轨道交通调度员工作任务,对调度员作业行为特征及行车系统特征的影响因素进行分析,通过层次分析法对影响因素进行筛选,提取出权重较高的 6 项指标。运用筛选得到的指标建立调度员行为可靠度 BP 神经网络,利用相关数据对网络模型进行训练,对不同时段的行为可靠度做出评价。结合某市城市轨道交通调度实例,验证分析发现断面能力、最小行车间隔及调度员作业行为能力对调度员作业行为可靠度影响最大,在早、晚高峰及午间调度员作业行为可靠度较低,需要重点监督。

Abstract:Through studying the reliability of dispatcher’s operation behavior, the safety of urban rail transit can be guaranteed to some extent.Based on the work tasks of urban rail transit dispatchers, this paper analyzes the operational behavior characteristics of dispatchers and the in fluencing factors of driving system characteristics, and screens the in fluencing factors through AHP to extract 6 high weight indexes.The BP neural network of dispatcher’s behavior matching reliability was established by using the screened indexes, and the network model is trained by using relevant data to evaluate the behavior matching reliability in different periods.Combined with an urban rail transit dispatching example in a city, the veri fication analysis shows that section capacity, minimum travel interval and dispatcher’s operational behavior capacity have the greatest in fluence on the matching reliability of dispatcher’s operational behavior, and the matching reliability of dispatcher’s operational behavior is relatively low in the morning, evening peak and noon, which requires special attentions.
