| 摘 要： | 案例教学在我国工商管理类课程教学中被普遍运用,但由于案例难度等方面研究得不充分,使得学生的参与度以及教学效果受到一定的影响.本文基于"案例难度三维立方体模型",从学生认知视角对工商管理案例教学难度适应性展开研究,采用问卷调查法.对本科生和MBA学生的管理学与战略管理课程进行实证分析,力图为教师案例教学提供有益的参考.研...

| Abstract: | The case teaching method is widely used in management teaching in China.Because of the lack of measurement of the level of difficulty of cases,the teaching and the level of difficulty are not aligned.This has led to the low level of participation in the classroom.Based on the three-dimensional cubic model of case difficulty,this paper conducts an empirical research on undergraduates and MBA students in questionnaire surveys.It is shown that it is more suitable for undergraduates to use multi-perspectives ca... |
