| 摘 要： | 构建和谐社会,是党中央提出的伟大战略部署。高校作为引领社会发展与文明的机构,理应担负起构建和谐社会的重任。在校园文化建设中,图书馆具有知识育人、服务育人、创新育人与环境育人的作用。图书馆要实现其在和谐校园文化中的作用,就必须做到以人为本,在服务工作中处处体现人文关怀,为读者提供人性化服务,加强图书馆自身队伍建设,积极营造团结向上的和谐馆风。
