零售企业社会责任、情感依恋与商店忠诚的关系研究

摘    要:探讨零售企业社会责任及消费者情感依恋对商店忠诚的影响,考察消费者情感依恋在零售企业社会责任与消费者商店忠诚之间的中介作用具有重要价值。研究发现,顾客责任、公益责任、环境责任与员工责任四个零售企业社会责任维度都对消费者情感依恋有着显著的正向影响,消费者情感依恋对商店态度忠诚与商店行为忠诚均有正面作用;情感依恋在顾客责任、环境责任与商店态度忠诚之间起着部分中介效应,也在公益责任、员工责任与商店行为忠诚之间发挥着部分中介效应。

Abstract:This paper explores the influence of retailer social responsibility and emotional attachment on consum- ers' store loyalty as well as the mediating effects of consumers' emotional attachment between retailer social respon- sibility and consumers' store loyalty. The results show that customer responsibility, public responsibility, environ- mental responsibility and employee responsibility exert positive effects on consumers' emotional attachment while emotional attachment has positive effects on store attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty, and that emotional attach- ment has partial mediating effect between customer responsibility, environmental responsibility and store attitudinal loyalty as well as between public responsibility, employee responsibility and store behavioral loyalty.
