高职学生职业核心能力及其培养途径研究

职业核心能力是一种潜在的、隐性的可持续发展能力,具有所有职业共有又游离于某个具体职业之外的特性,决定从业者的纵向职业发展及横向职业迁移能力,对职业生涯发展起着重要作用.目前,高职院校中普遍存在着对职业核心能力内涵认识不清、缺少培养措施的问题,影响了高职学生可持续发展能力的养成.探索高职学生职业核心能力的培养途径,对提高高职学生综合素质、增强职业竞争力有重要意义.

Core Vocational Ability of Vocational College Students and Ways of Cultivation

Core vocational ability is a potential, invisible and sustainable developing ability, which owns characteristics that all careers need but not limited to a certain one. It determines a person＇s transferring a- bility to achieve vertical and horizontal career development and exerts great influence on one＇s career path. Currently, many vocational colleges don＇t have a clear understanding of the connotation of core vocational a- bility and ways of cultivation are in shortage. To explore the ways of cultivating core vocational ability is significant for improving comprehensive quality and competitiveness of vocational college students.
