| 摘 要： | 职业教育在推动劳动力素质提升、科学技术创新、产业转型升级、经济可持续发展、社会和谐稳定等方面起着重要作用.实现创新型人才培养,教师是关键.教师要不断转变教育观念,激发学生的创新意识,在创新型职业人才培养中坚持大胆探索和实践,同时要发挥学生在培养创新型职业人才中的主体作用,形成全社会参与创新型职业人才培养的良好氛围.

| Abstract: | Vocational education plays an important role in promoting labor quality improvement, science and technology innovation, industry transformation and upgrading, economic sustainable development and social harmony and stability. As the key factor, teachers should change education concepts ceaselessly, stimulate students＂ innovation consciousness, adhere to bold exploration and practice and make students play a main role, so as to form a good atmosphere of mass participation in cultivating innovative talents. |
