| 摘 要： | 文章认为，有利于人的全面发展是社会主义条件下制度安排经济权利的社会原则；社会主义实行的应该是把人的自由而全面的发展放在第一位的市场经济；发展社会主义经济必须切实做好有利于人的全面发展的制度安排，其在实践中的表现必须是有利于人能够自由、平等、共同、可持续和和谐地发展。

| Abstract: | For the man's all-round development is a social principle of economic rights arrangement under the socialist economic system.In the socialist market economy,the man's all-round development should be put in the first place.The system arrangement of the man's all-round development are needed to be well implemented for the socialist economy,which is for the free,equal,mutual,sustainable and harmonious man's development. |
