| 摘 要： | 文章指出岩土工程型企业与一般企业比较 ,有其自身特点 ,因此 ,岩土施工企业档案内容和档案管理工作具有特殊性。本文在阐述岩土施工企业档案及档案工作重要性的基础上 ,结合当前岩土施工企业的实际 ,谈了做好档案管理工作应采取的措施。例如 :严格实施档案管理制度 ,重视档案信息开发利用 ,提高档案管理人员业务素质等

| Abstract: | Civil engineering enterprises are different from other enterprises and have their own characteristics. Therefore the archives content and management of civil engineering enterprises has specific characteristics. The paper explains the significance of archives and archive management and offers suggestions for effective management of archives, such as implementing an archive management system, paying attention to 'develop and use' archives data, acquiring the professional skill of archivists and etc. |
