| Abstract: | In recent years,Bank Personal Financing Business has developed rapidly and played an important role in financing market.However,more and more financing problems loom large,especially the focus on the characteristics of legal relation in Bank Personal Financing Business.The paper puts forward the opinion that Bank Personal Financing Business belongs to Trust Legal Relation with demonstration through summing up and analyzing various theories. |
