| 摘 要： | 通过调查新建本科院校学生、师资和教学资源现状,分析此类院校目前人才培养中存在的问题,提出了针对新建本科院校的几种人才培养模式,并总结了沈阳工程学院近几年发展中人才培养的做法,为不同办学规模、定位和人才培养理念的新建本科院校提供选择和参考的模式。
