猪肉中强极性-极性化学污染物快速通用筛查法的建立

摘    要:本文建立了典型动物食品--猪肉中50种常用的强极性-极性有机小分子污染物快速简便的检测方法。采用含EDTA的沉淀剂和正己烷,一步完成主要的提取和净化。以七氟丁酸作为离子对试剂,反相C18柱保留,UPLC-MS/MS电喷雾正离子模式下分析。一步法前处理能充分去除干扰物,特异性好。定量检测限范围在0.05~20μg/kg。在猪肉中三个添加水平的平均回收率范围在70.4~125.0%,相应的重复性范围在1.7~33.7%之间,日间精密度在2.0~28.5%,基本符合欧盟2002/657/EC相关规定。

Generic and Rapid Determination of Stronger Polar to Polar Organic Chemical Contaminants in Pork by Using Ultra-performance Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry

Abstract:A universal, rapid and simple analytical method able to identify stronger polar to polar contaminants in pork was developed. For quantification, matrix-fortified calibration curves were performed to compensate the matrix effect and loss in sample preparation. For most of the target analytes, there was no significant interference on analysis by using one-step pretreatment process. The limit of quantification(LOQs) varied from 0.05 to 20 μg/kg. Average recovery rates of the spiked standards in pork were in the range from 70.4% to 125.0% with associated RSD values from 1.7% to 33.7% under the selected conditions. The inter-day precision were in range of 2.0-28.5%, which were acceptable and in agreement with the criteria of Commission Decision 2002/657/EC.
