| 摘 要： | 在产业组织SCP分析范式的基础上，通过引入政府规制因素，在拓展的SCP框架下分析我国物流产业成长的过程。分析表明，当前我国物流产业已经进入快速成长阶段，总体市场结构呈现二元结构的特性。未来物流企业应注重通过技术创新、拓展物流服务功能等手段向专业化、综合化的物流服务提供商转型；政府则应努力创造条件。实现物流产业由移植型产业成长模式向内生型产业成长模式的转变，放松经济性规制，加强对自然垄断和行政垄断的规制，加强社会性规制，积极引导物流产业健康有序地发展。
