| Abstract: | The article introduces the status of the related plasticizer legislation limits at home and abroad, mainly describes situations of the European, the United States of America and China at the present time. The comparison among them in aspects of involved fields, quantities and limits is discussed, and a comprehensive assessment of characteristics of the three is made. |
