摘    要:通过对皂河抽水站出水流道混凝土病害现状检测分析,得出了混凝土结构病害形成的主要原因是上部荷载长期作用、基础沉降和环境因素等。依据混凝土病害形式、程度,分别采用壁可法对出水流道混凝土裂缝修补,采用H-S环氧厚浆涂料对出水流道混凝土碳化进行处理。质量检测表明,工程取得了良好的补强效果。为水工建筑物混凝土病害处理提供了新的方...

Abstract:Through the detection and study of the outlet passage's concrete in Zaohe pumping station,it is concluded that the main causes of concrete disease formation are compressive loads,foundation settlement,environmental factor and so on.According to the disease forms and extent of the concrete elements,the concrete cracks are repaired by Bics method,and the epoxy paste paint of H-S series is used for concrete carbonizing treatment.The quality testing results indicate that the project achieves the better remedial...
