摘    要:在汽车空调维护过程中,目前空调系统的运行状况及其故障的诊断,很大程度上依赖空调系统不同压力的理解与分析。本文在检测空调系统压力的最常用工具——歧管压力表的结构原理及压力特点的基础上,针对空调制冷系统压力超出正常范围值的情况,分析引起故障的可能原因,本文根据故障原因提出一些诊断方法及排除措施,起到良好的效果。

Abstract:In the maintenance process of automobile air conditioner, the present operation of the air conditioning system and its fault mainly depends on the understanding and analysis of air conditioning system in different pressure. This paper checked and analyzed the the structure principle and pressure characteristics of manifold pressure gauge set, which is the the most commonly used tool of air conditioning system pressure. The paper summarized the possible causes of faults and come up with countermeasures to solve.
