| 摘 要： | 本文从制约苏南小城镇可持续发展的因素出发,提出相应对策:从生产要素的自发流动走向自觉流动,从城乡二元走向城乡一体,从经济优先发展走向经济发展与环境保护同步,产业结构从初级走向高级,利益观从集体走向社会,以期对苏南小城镇二次创业有所裨益。

| Abstract: | In this article we analyse the experiences of garbage management in foreign countries, and combine with Chinese true state of affairs point out that we must accomplish following things when we wish to improve urban hygienic conditions: (1)To promote the masses of people widely join in; (2) Take economical means to standardize public behavior; (3)Take measures comprehensively to reduce garbage storage. |
