| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代下,智力资产越来越受到企业的重视。它作为企业的第三资源发挥了越来越重要的作用。本文对智力资产作一简要的介绍,并分析其现状,进而介绍智力资产的管理,强调智力资产是企业创造价值的源泉。

| Abstract: | In the knowledge-economic times, the companies pay more and more attentions to the intellectual assets. They have played a more and more important part nowadays in corporations. In this article, I introduce what are intellectual assets first, and then analyze the actuality. Finally, I introduce the intellectual assets management. We know that intellectual assets are the headspring of the value of a corporation. |
