| 摘 要： | 本文研究了企业流程再造和组织结构之间的关系,探讨了在知识经济条件下,知识管理与特定的业务流程相结合对企业组织结构产生的影响。最后,结合某机械加工企业延误订单的案例,详细论证了企业流程再造与组织结构之间的关系。

| Abstract: | On the basis of comprehension of significance of enterprise process reengineering, this paper puts on the relation of organizational structure and process reengineering.The emphases analyses the method of organizational structure in core of knowledge. Finally, this paper combines some mechanical processing enterprise delay case of orders, proving enterprise process reengineering give relation of organizational structure in detail. |
