| 摘 要： | 目前,水价是学界研究和民众关注的热点问题,而常用的水价计算方法没有合理地体现出水资源的全部价值。文章提出了运用生态经济学中的能值价值理论计算城市居民生活用水水价的思路,认为用能值价值理论计算水价可以客观衡量天然水资源价值和人工能源价值,可以计算出水资源作为一种自然环境资源进入经济社会的真实、完整的价格。以郑州市柿园水厂为例,进行了实际应用。结果表明,利用能值价值理论进行城市居民生活用水水价计算具有可行性。
