企业资源视角下突破式创新的内部驱动因素研究进展与未来展望

摘    要:在产品创新中,突破式创新是企业获得核心竞争力和保持长期发展的关键。研究突破式创新的评价体系,探索企业内部影响突破式创新的驱动要素对于提升企业研发水平,提高产品创新能力具有重要的理论与现实意义。文章在企业资源视角下梳理和分析了国外关于突破式创新的相关文献,概括出突破式创新的基本属性,总结了企业内部影响突破式创新驱动要素——战略导向、高层管理者、组织结构、跨部门因素。文章最后归纳了突破式创新驱动模型对于国内产品创新研究的启示,并对突破式创新研究未来深入的方向进行了展望。

Abstract:Among types of innovations, radical innovation is the key to gaining competitive advantages and long-term development. The criteria of innovation types and the drivers of radical innovation are important for theoretical development and managerial implications. The study is conducted from a resource-based view. After the literature review of prior researches about radical innovation, the study explores the driving model of radical innovation about the key drivers in firms: strategic orientation, senior managers, organization structures, and cross-department factors. In the end, the study discusses the implications on product innovation theories in China and the research directions in the future.
