海南城镇化推进模式及其选择

本文阐述了新型城镇化及其意义,并从理论上为海南城镇化建设进行了定位——"第六类型"独特海岛型。海南自身的城镇化建设与发展历程及其理论分析进一步证明:在国际旅游岛建设大环境下,"第六类型"独特海岛型是海南新型城镇化建设模式的必然选择。当然,海南要走"旅游业为主导"的现代化服务业为拉动力的城镇化推进途径,必须完成两大核心任务:不仅要对旅游业进行业态转化,而且要对旅游要素进行国际化改造。同时,需重点关注"四农"问题、农村教育问题和城镇规模过大问题。

Hainan urbanization promoting mode and its selection

This paper elaborates the new urbaniza- tion and its significance and theoretically orientates the new urbanization in Hainan-＂the sixth type＂the type of unique island.＂The sixth type＂the type of unique is- land is the inevitable choice for new urbanization in the construction of Hainan international tourism is- land because of the construction and development of ur- banization in Hainan and the related theoretical study.Hainan takes ＂tourism as the leading＂ as the way to promote urbanization before it fulfills two crucial tasks： the transformation of the tourism industry and the internationalized reform of the tourism elements. Meanwhile, the focus should be put on ＂four agricultur- al problems＂ ,the rural education,and the large-scale cities and towns.
