| Abstract: | The popular headquarter economy in China is the real estate source with Chinese characteristics in essence. The clustering of headquarter economy is the spatial sign of market economy. The headquarter of trans corporation located in headquarter bases is one-sides wishful thought. There exsits the over intervention of the government in the process of the development of headquarter economy. |
