| 摘 要： | 发展生产性服务业是安徽制造业产业集群升级的必由之路。安徽具有发展生产性服务业的优势和机遇。面对存在的问题与挑战,安徽应加强自主创新,扩大制造业产业集群对生产性服务业的有效需求;加强产业规划,推动生产性服务业平衡发展和有效集聚;加强新兴产业发展,有选择地承接发达地区的产业转移,从而实现利用生产性服务业来带动现有制造业产业集群的升级

| Abstract: | It is the only way to update the industrial clusters in Anhui manufacturing industry in the development of its productive service industry.With those advantages and opportunities and those existed issues and challenges,Anhui is supposed to strengthen the independent innovation for the efficient requirements of the industrial clusters in the manufacturing industry on the productive service industry,to optimize the industrial planning for the promotion of the balanced development and effective accumulation in the productive service industry,and to quicken the development of the emerging industries in the effective undertaking of the industrial transfer in the developed areas for the updating of industrial clusters in the present manufacturing industry through the productive service industry. |
