| 摘 要： | 安徽民办高职院校推行隐性思想政治教育,有利于在潜移默化中帮助学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,把学生培养成为具有良好思想道德素质的合格人才。要将隐性教育与显性教育相结合,开发施教者的隐性教育资源,利用周围环境所蕴含的教育资源,重点建设好制度环境和物质环境,大力实施实践性教学,努力取得实效。 |

| Abstract: | The promotion of the implicit ideological and political education in those civilian-run higher vocational colleges of Anhui Province is beneficial in the change and influence to help students set up correctly the outlook of world,life and values and make them become the qualified talents accessible to good ideological and ethical standards.It is now necessary to make the combination of the implicit education with the explicit education,develop the implicit education resources of educators,pay more attention to the system environment and physical surroundings by use of the implicated education resources,and devote major efforts to the practice teaching for seeking real results. |
