浅谈基层公共图书馆建设

加强基层公共图书馆建设,是建设学习型社会的重要组成部分,是构建和谐社会的重要元素,是缩小贫富差距的重要平台,是构建城市农村公共文化服务体系一项利国利民的系统工程。本文从我国基层公共图书馆发展现状出发,分析了基层公共图书馆建设中存在的问题,提出了加强基层公共图书馆建设的几点思路。

Discussion on the Construction of Basic Public Library

Strengthening the construction of basic public library is an important part of building learning society ,an important element of building a harmonious society, an important platform for narrowing the poverty gap and a systematic project of building urban rural public cultural servicc system to benefit the nation and the people. This article analysed the problems on the construction of basic public library based on the development status of basic public library in our nation, then proposed several ideas of strengthening the construction of basic public library.
