| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了数据包络分析(DEA:Data Enveloped Analysis)方法在绩效评价方面的优势,结合供应商管理的特点,建立了供应商评价的指标体系,运用层次分析法对供应商指标进行整合并建立DEA模型进行分析和评价。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the advantages of DEA method on the evaluation of supplier are discussed. According to the characteristics of the vendor, an index system of supplier evaluation is developed. Analytical hierarchy process is applied to analyze the weight of the indexes. A DEA model is developed to evaluate the supplier. |
