| 摘 要： | 从核心竞争力的内涵与特征入手,结合航空物流企业的运营特征,分析了航空物流企业的核心竞争力,论述了核心竞争力与资源整合之间的关系,阐明了在经济全球化及竞争日趋激烈的当前形势下,资源整合将成为诸多航空物流企业构建核心竞争力,实现可持续发展的无法忽视的重大战略选择,并从提升核心竞争力的角度探讨了航空物流企业资源整合的基本思路和策略。

| Abstract: | Combining the connotation and characteristics of core competitiveness,and aviation logistics enterprise′s operation characteristic,this article analyzes the core competitiveness of aviation logistics enterprise,discusses the relationship between core competitiveness and resource integration,and expounds resource integration will become the important strategic choice in order to constructe core competitiveness and realize the sustainable development for aviation logistics corporate in the current situation of economic globalization and the increasingly fierce competition.Finally,the article discusses the basic ideas and strategies of resource integration so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the aviation logistics enterprise. |
