| 摘 要： | 由于企业经营环境的快速变化,当前企业的可持续成长问题已成为企业经营管理中比管理效率的提升更难解决的难题。根据对企业可持续成长的内涵及实现的根源等问题的文献梳理,发现当前企业可持续成长研究缺乏从动态角度来深入揭示可持续成长的内部机理。为此,如何从动态能力角度研究企业可持续成长已成为当前理论界和实际企业管理者面临的重要课题。

| Abstract: | Nowadays because of the rapid change of firm environment,to achieve firm′s sustainable growth is much more difficult than to enhance firm′s management efficiency.According to the literature review of the connotation and realizing reasons of enterprise sustainable growth,it finds existing literature lack of dynamic perspective to further reveal the internal mechanism of enterprise′s sustainable growth.Therefore,how to study the problem of enterprise′s sustainable growth from dynamic capabilities perspective has currently become an important issue that theorists and enterprise managers face. |
