| 摘 要： | 技术引进是后进国家赶超先进国家的一条重要途径,对引进的技术是否需要消化吸收,这是一个企业经营决策的问题,其中信息对消化吸收风险决策有着非常大的影响。一般情况下,最优决策将受后验概率的影响。后验是由后来的信息所产生,从后验概率函数效用中可得出,在什么条件下投资于消化吸收最优,对企业具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Technology introduction is an important approach for underdeveloped countries to overtake developed countrie.Wheter technology introduced need absorbing or not,it is a problem of operation decision for enterprises,in which information can greatly affect decision-making on absorption.This paper discusses the conditions well matching investment on absorption.The expected utility of posterior probability function resulted from information,possesses a certain guiding significance. |
