浅谈高职院校图书馆员的素质培养

随着我国高职院校的发展,高职院校图书馆馆员素质的培养和提高也相应地成为图书馆工作的重要内容。文章阐述了目前高职院校图书馆馆员素质的现状,分析了高职院校图书馆馆员应具备的相应素质,同时针对高职院校图书馆的实际情况,给出了提高馆员素质的几条途径。

Cultivation of Librarians'''' Qualities in the Higher Vocational Institutions

With the rapid development of the higher vocational institutions in China, cultivation of their librarians' qualities has become an important part of the library work. This paper first describe the current conditions of the librarians' qualities in the higher vocational institutions, then analyzes the corresponding qualities the librarians should have, finally puts forward a few approaches to improve the librarians' qualities in view of the real situations of the libraries in the higher vocational institutions.
