| 摘 要： | 循环经济模式是实现可持续发展战略的重要手段。目前,我国农村地区循环经济发展模式的研究、实践中还存在着许多盲点。基于这种缺失,文章从我国农村地区循环经济发展的文化软环境的营造以及建立相应保障措施等角度入手,论述了制度政策保障、法律法规保障以及科技支撑等我国农村地区发展循环经济的主要途径和措施。

| Abstract: | The pattern of circular economy is the important method to accomplish the strategy of sustainable development.But there are some problems in the study and practice on the pattern of circular economy in rural areas of china.Based on these problems,expounded the main route and measure including system and policy support and law and rule support and science and technology support for developing circular economy in rural areas of China from the angle of constructing soft environment of culture and providing corresponding guarantee measures. |
