| 摘 要： | 多变、快变及日益激烈的竞争环境要求企业战略能够及时、有效地创新。企业能否进行有效战略创新已成为企业可持续发展的关键因素,而目前我国企业在战略创新过程中对于战略创新点的选择、战略创新时机的把握、战略创新风险的防范以及战略创新管理等都存在一定的误区。本文系统研究了企业战略创新的内涵及运行体系,总结了我国企业战略创新存在的缺陷,提出企业战略创新的具体对策,以期为企业制定战略创新及可持续发展战略提供借鉴。
